Well, I do want to put out there that 10 days of consistently doing situps every day WILL help. You'd be surprised. I always find that when I start working out or change my diet after a period of not doing so, the inches come off quickly. It's after a little while of excersizing that you plateau and it becomes a bit harder. So if you make the next ten days about tightening up, you probably will to a degree.
I've never worn spanx though, so I don't know about that. reply to Samantha send this answer to a friendI don't know about spanx but cut out all of the carbs in your diet and RUN-- you can do ab workouts as well but the running will really help the most. Sit ups/crunches don't actually make your stomach smaller, they just tighten the muscles. Cardio makes everything smaller-more or less.

I am relatively thin but this summer I didnt shed my winter tummy like i have in the past (too damn lazy i suppose) anyways so my 3 year anniversary is coming up with my fiance and I have a super cute dress i just bought only problem is it is for a tummy free body and like i said that isnt me this year anyways can anyone recommend their favorite spanx wear (shape or kind) or any tips.... and sadly too late for situps its on the 19th of this month but yeah i appreciate it everyone!!
